Job applicants are able to update details, upload supporting documents, search and apply for jobs, view the status of their applications, communicate with agency staff and view all historical interactions. Recruiter self-service capability
This system offers a variety of back-office tools that can be used in any combination or sequence, tailored to a recruiter's specific workflow requirements or preferences. Candidate profiling and rating
Candidates can be rated according to pre-set criteria based on the merits of a CV and suitability against a specific job application. Notes and interview reports can also be posted against a candidate's profile based on interactions with recruiters.

Job loading and automated pre-screening
Jobs can be loaded onto the Recruitment Manager website, where active screening questions, automated checks or passive screening criteria based on the merits of an individual's profile can be loaded against a particular position. Passive screening prevents a candidate from applying for an unsuitable position while active screening offers more discernment and pre-screens an applicant against a specific job specification.

Consolidated query management
All historical interactions by job applicants and recruitment staff are tracked on the system, making query management and reporting easy. Candidates can monitor the status of their applications, while recruiters have full back-office visibility on all candidate engagements.

Job application status management
Job postings have a variety of status conditions, and as recruiters engage with a candidate, application status changes are recorded on the system and reflected to candidates via automated emails and their self-service accounts.

Candidate document management
The system can be configured to enable a variety of document types to be loaded against a candidate, either by a business user or by the job applicant. Examples of document types include CVs, academic records, identity documents, reference letters, work permits, salary slips and work portfolios. Size limits can also be pre-set for these documents.

Interview scheduling
Interviews can be created and scheduled on a back-office calendar that all recruiters have access to, allowing for a consolidated view of upcoming interviews and optimisation of resources. Interview notes can be inserted against an appointment which automatically saves this against the candidate's profile with a relevant date stamp.

Client administration
The system can automatically generate a summary e-mail of shortlisted candidates against advertised positions, which includes hyperlinks to the actual CVs. This serves as an effective "prompt for action" from clients or employers. Client information is also recorded on the system.

Advanced database search capability
Entelect's specialised search tool allows for advanced searches on the system. Some search parameters include: keywords, age, gender, race, qualification, internal rating, geographical area, position type, notice period, availability, period since logged in, e-mail address, salary and citizenship. Search queries can be saved and results grouped or e-mailed through the system.

Management reporting
A variety of reports and graphs are available to optimise processes and throughput. Available reports include monthly application statistics, summaries of candidates sent to clients, live jobs by consultant, jobs not reflecting performance, positions filled and recent shortlisted candidates.

Simplified internal communication
A "flagging" dashboard allows recruitment staff to send comments to each other on the suitability of candidates for potential roles. They also get automatic notifications of candidates that are being presented to clients, thus allowing for possible cross-pollination in other positions. When a job profile is loaded and displayed on your website, there is also an option to post the same position on career portals or bulletin boards that our clients may subscribe to. Two such popular South African career portals that our system integrates directly to are

Business user administration
