Entelect Web Manager

Entelect Web Manager is a sophisticated e-commerce enabled online marketing, communications and membership management system. Web Manager allows business users and members to manage all aspects of their online engagement in a secure role-based environment. Web Manager's depth of features make it the ideal solution for most businesses online requirements, and if integrated to Entelect's online Retail, EventRecruitment and Results Management solutions, is unrivalled in offering.

Web Manager features include:
Content Management on all areas of your website
You have the ability to add new pages, menu items and specialised areas to your website, such as news articles, auto responders, calendars, galleries, directories, blogs, comments and subscriber and member zones. All content areas are managed by business users, while specialised areas can be managed by members and subscribers who register for the service. Advanced search features are available for public browsers.
Communications management and publishing
Communications media including bulk mailing, sending SMSs, posting news to website headlines, categories, archives, newsletters and the Entelect Online News Exchange (which allows for immediate distribution of news to our client partner sites for potential republishing).  All of these communications are administered by predefined groups or categories that define your member and subscriber database structure. Social media connectors are also included, allowing for Twitter and Facebook integration.
Subscriber and membership management
Features include setting fee structures, posting specialised content via secure login zones or newsletters, subscription expiry reports and reminders, enquiry and payment management. Card transactions are performed through Entelect's online merchant account or can be redirected to our client's merchant account.
User or subscriber managed event calendars
Calendars can be used for posting events, fixtures or reminders.  Events can be set up as content pages or entire individually branded, publicly managed, mini websites within the main Web Manager portal.

User or subscriber managed directories
Directories enable posting of products, classified adverts or any listing data
Self-help subscriber profile and portal management
Subscribers or members can set up their own profiles and privacy settings, post comments, create galleries, claim results, register events, manage event micro sites and list their services or products on specialised directories. Micro sites can be set up with 5 content managed pages and include news and gallery controls.
Cross-organisational news and membership data management
All Web Manager clients have access to Entelect's MyActive News Exchange, which allows for easy transfer and republishing of news between sites and newsletters. This feature is especially useful for organisations that have multiple or affiliate branches. For head-offices or national bodies, a "master" Web Manager can be configured to centrally access, view and manage all affiliate member data, making centralised administration easy. This feature allows for collective management of members on the same member database, and gives each client the autonomy to manage their own affairs.
Role-based access and centralised user administration
For greater security, all back-office users are given role-based access, i.e. they can only use pre-specified features on the system. An administrator is the only person who can allocate users and roles, thus allowing for enhanced security and user management. This feature is especially useful for portal implementations that are managed by a number of people, each focusing on their own specialised area.

Some applications of Entelect Web Manager include:

Clubs and National Bodies
Members can register, make payments, receive newsletters and SMS notifications, and view upcoming events and other club information on the website. A national body can be set up with clubs configured to feed into the same database, allowing for a holistic membership view and enabling synchronised data management. Visit Club100 and Motorsport SA for examples.

Event Websites
Event organisers can manage web content, results, news, blogs, social media feeds, galleries, videos and sponsor information. When it comes to the online entry portion of the event, Entelect Event Manager's features integrate directly to this website. Visit Joberg2cSani2c and Cederberg Events for examples.

Corporate, Consultant or Small Business Websites
Allowing the public to view company information and products and make enquiries. This website was built using Web Manager. Other examples include MSF Attorneys, Poynting Antennas and ActiveWorx.

Web Portals
These implementations make use of the full range of features, which include self-help member profile management, public or user-managed directory listings and event listings built as mini websites within the main site, results listings and management by users and members.  View our Australian reseller's site, Cyclenation, which also makes use of our Results and Ranking solution for an example of such an implementation.
